Returns
If you change your mind on an item purchased online at Zukii.au you can return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in returned in the original condition, in any original packaging and consumable items must be unopened and unused.
If an item arrives damaged zukii will replace it and ship it to you at no cost.
Items that form part of a set, gift pack, hamper or other combination cannot be returned individually, the complete set must be returned together unless the item is damaged, in which case it will be replaced.
Return items must be sent with proof of original purchase.
Refunds will be issued given the above conditions are met. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. This may take up to 7-10 business days to reach your account upon receipt of the returned items by zukii.
Shipping costs to Melbourne, Australia are at the expense of the customer unless an item is deemed to be faulty. In the case of faulty items a reply post label will be emailed to you.
