We will simply take card payment over the phone and add an additional invoice to your account. Unfortunately if the order has already been packed we cannot make changes so get in touch ASAP.

We only use RSPO palm oil in our products, meaning they have been sourced from certified sustainable farms certified to be using ethical and sustainable practices. In soaps palm oil offers the same benefits to a soap as other hard fats such as beef tallow and at zukii we decided that we would prefer a sustainable plant-based ingredient over a non-sustainable, animal based one.But what about the Orangatans? We love them too and we agree, palm oil is destructive and cruel so please follow this LINK to learn about why boycotting farmers doing the right thing might be worse for our furry friends than not supporting them.

No, zukii use zero fragrances in our products. All of our products are as natural as we can and all scents are carefully blended pure essential oils.

The majority of our products are vegan with the exception of the Honey & Oat soap bars.

All of our consumable products are 100% handmade in Australia and where ever possible use Australian ingredients like the extra virgin olive oil found in our soaps and a range of Australian native botanical oils.
