SHIPPING POLICY
Australia Post Shipping
Zukii currently uses Australia Post for all dispatched parcels any where within Australia.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from Melbourne, Australia.
Express post orders are shipped on the same day if placed before 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping is $15 .
Delivery to Victoria 2-4 business days
All other states 3-6 business days
Express shipping
All orders.
$18.00
Victoria 1-2 business days
All other major cities except Darwin 1-3 business days
Please note that express post services are unavailable for the Northern territory.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
If you change your mind on an item purchased online at Zukii.au you can return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in returned in the original condition, in any original packaging and consumable items must be unopened and unused.
Items that form part of a set, gift pack, hamper or other combination cannot be returned individually, the complete set must be returned together.
Return items must be sent with proof of original purchase.
Refunds will be issued given the above conditions are met. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. This may take up to 7-10 business days to reach your account upon receipt of the returned items by zukii.
Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless an item is deemed to be faulty. Where a reply post label is required please contact our customer service team at info@zukii.au
