This beautiful blend of organic herbs, botanicals and oils reduces nervous tension, stress and negative emotions. The addition of Hawthorn allows the heart chakra to open, creating space for the comforting, self- love and acceptance that Rose brings, whilst Calendula brings self-acceptance, compassion and the healing of old wounds. For that little bit extra, Jasmine adds a little aphrodisiac kick.
Place one herb bag into a heatproof jug. Add about 500ml of very hot water (not boiling) to the jug and allow to steep for 10 minutes.

Draw a bath with warm water and set up your space with a candle, flowers in the bath, soft music – whatever feels special to you. Add your self-love smoky quartz crystal to the water or on the edge of the bath. Raw quartz can have sharp edges so be mindful not to scratch the bath or yourself.

Add 100g (one fifth) of the salt blend to the bath, a few drops of the essential oil blend and pour in the steeped herb water including the bag. Stir the water, jump in and start to unwind.

*Please note that it important to steep the herb blend first rather than just adding fresh to the bath. Regular bath water isn't hot enough to allow the tannins and oils to be released from the botanicals. Brewing your blend first allows you to get the most from the healing benefits of your herbs and also allows for a refreshing, cool bath in the warmer months.
